24x7 Remote Monitoring

For our managed service customers, Shamrock's remote monitoring enables us to real time track of the overall health of the network, devices and software. This includes the status and performance levels of applications, and critical operations such as offsite backups.  Shamrock is alerted to outages, and uses data to identify trends that may suggest future needs and/or issues.  Shamrock will use this information to proactively recommend measures to customer management. Data collected through our monitoring also provides information to generate reports on system usage which assist in predicting future upgrade and expansion needs.
