A company's network health is a critical element of its overall IT infrastructure. As a foundational element of its managed service offering, Shamrock establishes guidelines, standards, and controls to ensure the effectiveness of a customer's IT network operation. Shamrock performs tasks, processes, and procedures required to manage the customer's IT network with the goals of optimizing overall network availabilty, performance, and security.
The network will be configured to be available to those employees and customers who need access. Even those who are remote should have access to their applications and files should they need to perform work-related activities away from the office.
Shamrock customers need the comfort and confidence that only authorized people can gain reliably secure access to the network, and that the network will be available and perform as expected. Shamrock understands what is needed to harden a customer's network to reduce risk to security breaches and data loss, and to ensure the performance of thee network.

Shamrock will monitor and maintain all MDF and IDFs. In optimizing networks, our goals are to automate tasks, utilize network resources, leverage partner relationships will be leveraged and should be implemented for optimization.
To minimize the effect of downtime to a customer, we'll arrange to perform services; such as routine maintenance, installations, and upgrades, before or after core hours that are driven by business need. Shamrock will establish advanced, mutually agreed upon timeframes for all scheduled network equipment service outages.
